The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from the main square. This made it easy for us to explore the attractions around the charming little town. The staff at this hotel were really friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us retrieve a forgotten item from another city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony that came with our room. It was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountain range. The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious, with a variety of local products included. It was a great start to the day.
All was well during our stay.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very helpful, but the location of the hotel is a bit further away than stated in their webpage. I went there with my one-year-old daughter and to go out for dinner we needed to take the car.

Although I became ill after arriving, the hotel staff were extremely kind and assisted me in obtaining medical help, even visiting me while I was in the town infirmary. They were great !

The hotel is located close to the town center, making it easy to explore. The rooms are well-maintained with good amenities and comfortable beds. The gardens are beautiful and well-kept, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The staff don't speak English, which can be a challenge for non-Spanish speakers. There were some minor maintenance issues with the room, such as dead cockroaches and a shower that wasn't very powerful.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the center, in a beautiful yard. The main problem is that no one speaks English. At the reception they told me my bill was fully paid for just by making the booking, I asked twice and had been answered the same. Now I got a letter asking my to make a bank transfer. It is a nuesencae. And happend because because the staff is not well trained Otherwise the staff were all willing to help.
The place is very clean a d very beautiful. It was apleasure to return to after touring.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Villa de Leyva. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the main plaza. This made it so convenient for exploring the town and visiting the local attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, with the added bonus of having a balcony to enjoy the views. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which featured tasty local products and was included in the price. All in all, great value for money and attention to detail.
The only small issue I had during my stay at this hotel was that the shower water took a while to warm up.

I loved the central location of the hotel, just minutes away from the main square and all the attractions around the city. The facilities were beautiful, with a pleasant colonial building and a nice courtyard. The pool area was a highlight, as well as the whirlpool that was open until late. The staff's attention was superb, and they even organized to have something I forgot brought to me in Bogota.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh bread and eggs, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to restaurants and shops. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch.
The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, and sometimes the temperature was hard to regulate. the hotel's walls were thin, so we could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms.
